Join us as Jeremy and I (David) ride our bikes from Vancouver B.C. to Big Sur, CA throughout the month of September 2008. As we are able, we'll post pictures and stories from our adventures down the Pacific coast. You can track our whereabouts and relative havoc we are wreaking on our bodies. In your own way you can enjoy the ride.
Cheers,
David

Hey David! Just wanted to wish you a good flight and smooth start to your trip. The Northwest awaits you with a promise of dry air, cool nights, and a touch of fall in the air. Looking forward to seeing you in Tacoma. Happy trails.
You boyz is foolzio's. As I sit on my cozy chair sipping on Pinot Noir, I wander, how sore are those legs of yours? no really, how sore are those legs of yours?

Thinking of you today. How did reassembly go? Have a great trip...we'll be tracking your adventure!!
Welcome to the Northwest, David!
I'm sending good vibes for dry weather and less steep hills..........but then again, it's the Northwest. Just remember though, when the sun does come out, and it DOES, it's quite remarkable. See you in Tacoma
I am envious of your adventures, jealous of your energy, and watching every move.
Have an amazing time. Remember, for every uphill there is a down.

Okay, I know what (and how much!) I'm cooking for dinner when you hit Tacoma. Sorry about the weather. 10 day forecast says only 7 more days of rain, then 80's and bright sunshine! Hope you get to see that side of the NW too. As wet and cold as I know you are, I can hear the joy in your voices.
Hey, sorry you missed the Obama speech last night. Historical and hopeful. See you soon.
Hey Dave. Aunt Liz here.
I'm hoping no news is good news.
For the rest of you listening in, the weather in the NW is considerably dryer and sunnier than when this adventure started.
Looking forward to an update.
Cheers from Tacoma.
